SUDDEN DEATH

Of Mrs. Catherine Schwab, a Respected Resident at Noon Today

Mrs. Catherine Schwab, a respected resident of west Third st., died suddenly this morning from a swelling in her left side that affected her heart. She was sitting up when stricken and died in a few minutes.

The decedent was 71 years of age and had resided in Madison for many years, the death of her husband occurring here a long time ago. The following children survive: Mrs. Joseph Havlick, Milwaukee, Wis; Mrs. Andrew Steinhardt and Misses Gertrude and Anna Schwab, all of Marietta, O.; Mrs. T.W. Pemberston, Louisville; Miss Margaret Schwab, living at home, and Mr. Fred Schwab of this city. A brother, Mr. John Dentzer, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Rapp, also survive.

Funeral services have not been decided, pending word from the children at the distance.
